Buland Udaan is a social impact organization dedicated to empowering underprivileged children, girls, and young leaders to rise beyond limitations. We believe that talent is universal, but opportunity is not — and our mission is to bridge that gap.
Founded with a vision to create a safer and more equitable society, Buland Udaan works to transform lives through education, women empowerment, youth entrepreneurship, and mental health awareness.
Through Buland Udaan Pathshala, we support government school students in strengthening their academic foundation. We also provide skill training to rural women, mentor young entrepreneurs, and conduct life coaching and awareness programs to build confidence and resilience.
Our goal is simple yet powerful:

The Story of Anju Verma

Sometimes, the strongest missions are born from the deepest pain.
Anju Verma was just a child in 5th grade when her life changed forever. During a summer vacation in June, she was sent to stay at a relative’s house for what was supposed to be a normal family visit. Instead, she found herself treated not as a child, but as unpaid help — made to work like a servant for an entire month.
What hurt even more was not just the forced labor, but the emotional trauma and inappropriate behavior she had to silently endure. At an age when a child should feel safe, protected, and loved, Anju experienced fear, confusion, and helplessness.
But what makes her story powerful is not the pain — it is what she chose to do with it.
After somehow finding her way out of that situation, Anju began to observe something heartbreaking: what happened to her was not rare. Many children and women around her were silently suffering from exploitation, abuse, and injustice — often within spaces that were supposed to be safe.
At just 10 years old, she made a life-changing decision:
No child and no woman should ever feel the fear she felt.
She decided that she would dedicate her life to awareness, protection, education, and empowerment — and she would never step back from this mission.
That decision became the foundation of Buland Udaan.
What started as a young girl’s silent promise has today transformed into a growing social movement. Through education support, women empowerment programs, youth mentorship, and mental health awareness initiatives, Buland Udaan has impacted thousands of children and women — helping them regain confidence, dignity, and hope.
Today, Buland Udaan is not just an organization.
It is a symbol of resilience.
It is a voice for the unheard.
It is hope for lakhs who dare to dream of a safer and stronger future.
Anju Verma’s journey reminds us that pain can either break a person — or build a purpose powerful enough to change lives.
And she chose purpose.
